Mango Squash

Mango pulp - 3 cups
water - 3 cups
sugar - 5 cups
mango essence - 2 spoons
food colur(yellow) - 1/4 spoon
citric acid - 1 Table spoon
KMS - 1/4 spoon

Preparation Method:
boil water with sugar.when it boils add citric acid and add KMS powder.then remove from heat and leave it to cool.then stain grind mango pulp well and add to sugar add food colour and essence and stir well.
store in clean bottle
