Avacado milkshake


Ripe avocado/butterfruit - 1
Milk - 2 Cups
Sugar - 3 Tbsp
Chopped pistachios to garnish


Cut the avocado and discard the seed and scoop out the flesh using a spoon.Blend scooped pulp with 1/2 cup of milk and sugar until it turns to a smooth paste.Now add the remaining milk and blend again and refrigerate.Garnish with pistachios.Serve it cold.
