Ingredients:
lime juice - 1 tablespoon
small mango - 1
Red onion - 1
Green pepper / jalapeno pepper - 1
Tomato - 1
fresh cilantro - 1/2 cup
Method:
Chop the mango,onion,green pepper and tomato in a bowl and add lime juice.now mince the cilantro then add to the mixture.Refrigerate mango salsa for two hours and serve.
