Crispy Yam fry /Chama dumpa fry / Arvi fry / Chepan kilangu fry...!!!


Red chilli powder:2 Tablespoon
Turmeric powder:1 Tablespoon
Garlic: 6 segments
Salt: To Taste
Oil:4 Tablespoon
Curry leaves:1 Handful


Boil yam with a spoon of salt in water for 10-15minutes.then peel off the skin and cut into small circles.
then heat oil in another pan,add curry leaves,then add crushed garlic and fry well.then add
boiled yam pieces and saute.then add Red chilli powder,turmeric powder and salt and toss.
fry till it turns golden yellow colour and crispy...
Then remove from fire & garnish with coriander leaves & serve hot.
