Fried pineapple


Pineapple - 1
Butter - 2 tbsp
Til / Sesame seeds - 1 tbsp
Jaggery - 4 tbsp


Cut the pineapple and discard the woody core.In a frying pan dry fry the seasame until lightly browned and set aside.
Heat the butter in a frying pan.When it melts add the pineapple wedges and cook over medium heat for 3 Min's till they turned golden in color.
Now add the jaggery to the pineapple.Sprinkle the roasted sesame and serve.
