Ingredients:Pistachio Jelly crystals - 1 packet
Warm water - 1 cup
Jelly mould / Any glass bowl
oil for greasing
Method:Boil water in a bowl.dissolve jelly crystals in the warm water.stir till the bubbles dissipates and the mixture becomes clear.Grease the mould with oil then Pour the solution into the moulds or glass bowl.Leave to cool in fridge.when it sets well remove from fridge and Upside down the mould / bowl in a serving Plate and serve.
Note:Jelly crystals are available in many flavours
