Kothu Chapathi


Ingredients

Chapathis - 3
Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
Chopped Onion - 1
Chopped Tomato - 1
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Eggs - 3
Curry leaves - 6
Salt
Oil


Method:

Beat eggs in a bowl.
Cut chapathi into small pieces.Heat oil in kadai add mustard seeds, allow it to splutter.Add curry leaves to it.Add onion and fry untill it becomes golden brown. Add Garam masala, chilli powder, tomato and saute untill raw smell goes off. Now add beaten eggs to it and stir well. When egg is half cooked add the chapathi and stir well.
