Kothu Poori

Poori - 1 cup
Eggs -2
Chopped onion - 1
chopped tomato - 1
Oil - 1 Teaspoon
Mustard seeds - 1 Teaspoon
Jeera / Cummin seeds- 1 Teaspoon
Curry leaves - 1 Teaspoon
Turmeric Powder - 1 Teaspoon
Red chilli Powder - 1 Teaspoon
Green Chillies - 1
Salt to taste


Heat oil in a pan,add mustard seeds,when it splutters add jeera,curry leaves,Red chillies,onion and fry till golden brown,then add tomato,Turmeric powder,chilli powder,Green chillies and saute well then add eggs,salt and stir well.then add poori peices and saute well.Remove from heat and serve hot.

You can use a dash of tomato Sauce instead of tomatos.

madam i said first got a glance, by tat time this kothu poori got into my eyes, this i will try by this sunday as my breakfast, will soon give about the taste details... but nalla irukum nu ninaikiran as it is mixed with karam...
so wait for 1 and half days... fr the result....
will put marks for it....
