Sago Papad

Ingredients:

Sabudana - 1 cup
Water - 6 cups
Jeera(cumin seed) - 1 tsp
salt to taste

Method:


Wash sago and drain water.Boil the water in a pot and boil for 2 mins.
Add the sabudana and simmer.when it boils.Switch off stove.

Spread a thick plastic sheet and spread the layer over the sheet in any desired shape.Sun dry.They would take just one day to dry on a bright sunny day.Store in an air tight container.Deep fry and serve...
