Singapore Sauce

Ingredients:

oil - 1 Tbsp
onion - 1 (finely chopped)
Ginger garlic paste - 1 Tbsp
Red chilli paste - 1 Tbsp
Tomato ketch up- 1 Tbsp
water - 1 cup
sugar- 1 Tbsp
white pepper- 1 Tbsp
Ajinomotto- 1 Tbsp
Red color for colouring

Method:


Heat oil in Kadai, then add onion,ginger garlic paste,chilli paste,
ketch up then add little water,sugar,white pepper powder,ajinimotto and red colour and saute well.Then remove from fire.
