Egg Rice



Ingredients:
Eggs - 3
Boiled Rice - 1 Cup
Chopped Onion - 1
Chopped tomato - 1
Oil - 8 Tbsp
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Mustard - 1 tsp
jeera - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Curry leaves - 1 tsp


Method :


Heat the oil in a pan splutter Mustard seeds then add jeera and curry leaves,onion and saute till golden brown then add tomato and saute well.then add turmeric powder,chilli powder,salt and eggs saute well till eggs cook. finally add rice and serve.
