Lemon Rice





Ingredients:



Cooked Rice - 1 Cup
Lime juice - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Oil - 1 Tbsp
green Chillies - 2
Urad dhal - 1 tbsp
Channa dhal - 1 tbsp
Chopped Onion - 1
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Curry leaves - 1 tsp


Method :

Heat the oil in a pan splutter Mustard seeds,urad dhal,channa dhal,green chillies,curry leaves and fry onions till golden brown.then turmeric powder,salt and rice.now remove from fire and squeeze the lime juice in it and mix well and serve.
