Shahi Tukda / French toast


Ingredients:


Bread slices - 3
Oil for frying
Sugar syrup - 300 ml
Chopped nuts - 10 grms

Method:


Cut bread slice in a circle.Heat oil and deep fry the bread pieces in hot oil till golden brown.Boil sugar syrup in a pan and pour over the bread pieces.Arrange the bread pieces on a plate.Garnish with chopped nuts on before serving.
