Ingredients:
Cheese - 1 cup
Maida - 2 cup
Onion - 2
Green chilly - 3
Ginger - 1 tsp
Curry leaves - 1 spring
Salt to taste
Oil - for frying
Method:
Grate cheese and chop onion,chillies,ginger and curry leaves and Mix well with salt.Take a small portion and drop it into hot oil.
Fry till golden brown and serve hot.
