Pistachio Kulfi

• Milk - 4 cups
• white bread - 1 slice
• corn flour - 1 tsp
• sugar - 1/4 cup
• cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
• pistachios slices - 10

Remove the crust from all sides of the bread and cut the bread in small pieces.Blend bread pieces,cornflour and 1/2 cup of milk, making smooth paste and set aside.Boil remaining milk in a frying pan on medium heat.stir milk to keep from burning to the bottom of the pan.Let the milk reduce its quantity.then add the bread mixture to the milk reducing the heat to medium.then add sugar and pistachios and cook.Turn off the heat and add cardamom powder.Cool the milk and pour into Kulfi mould and keep it in freezer.
