Rava Kichidi

Ingredients:

Rava / Sooji – 100 gms
Chopped onion - 1
Tomato - 1
Peas - 5 tbsp
Beans - 5
Green chilly – 2
Curry leaves – 1 stem
Mustard seeds – 1/2 tsp
Urad dal – 1 tsp
Channa dal – 1 tsp
Oil – 1 tsp
Lime slice – 1
Salt – as required

Method:


Dry Roast rava in a kadai and keep aside.Heat a kadai with a tsp of oil and add the mustard seeds.when it pops,add the urad dal,channa dal,finely chopped onion,slitted green chilly,peas,chopped beans,chopped tomato and curry leaves.Saute well.Then add enough water and add rava and stir continously without lumps.close with a lid and leave it to cook.when its cooked Remove from the flame and garnish with lime slice and serve hot !!!
