Oats Payasam

Ingredients:
Oats - 1 cup
Ghee - 1 tbsp.
sugar - 1/4 cup
Salt - 1 pinch
Cardamoms - 3 crushed
Cashews - 10 grms
Kismis - tbsp


Method:

Heat ghee in a pan.fry oats and the Cardamoms.fry until you get the aroma.Add enough water and let it boil.Stir in the sugar.Simmer until thick consistency.Garnish with cashews,kismis and serve.
