yellow Pumpkin - 250 grams
Sugar - 200 grams
Food colour (Yellow) - 2 pinchs
Cashews - 2 tbsp
Raisins - 1 tbsp
Ghee - 3 tbsp
Elachi - 1 tsp
Fry cashews and kismis in ghee and keep aside.Then Shred the yellow pumpkin and steam in a cooker without water till 1 whistle.Then remove from fire and squeeze out the stock from the pumpkin and keep aside.Now heat a Wok or a heavy bottom pan add the pumpkin stock.Then stir in the pumpkin and let it cook for a while.keep stirring without forming lumps.stir in sugar and continue stirring till the sugar melts.when the sugar melts completely and leaves the sides of the pan,stir in the Elachi powder and ghee.Keep stirring till the ghee leaves the sides of the pan,stir in Cashews and kismis and serve hot...
