Cashew Rice

Ingredients:
rice - 1 cup
oil / ghee - 2 Tbsp
urad dal - 1 tsp
mustard seeds - 1 tsp
few curry leaves
Dried red chilli - 1
finely chopped onion - 1
pepper powder - 1 tsp
cumin powder - 1 tsp
Roasted cashews - 1/4 cup
Salt to taste

Method:

Heat oil in a pan and temper mustard seeds, When mustard seeds start to pop, add urad dhal,chopped onion. When onion turns translucent, add pepper and cumin powders,pepper, salt and cashews.Now stir in cooked Rice and Serve hot.
