Lemon Rasam

Ingredients:
Chopped tomatoes - 3
Water - 1/2 litre
Chopped coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
Chopped garlic - 7
Dry red chillies - 9
Tomato sauce - 5 Tsp
Lemons - 5
Oil - 4 Tsp
Turmeric powder - 1 Tsp
Cummin powder - 1 Tsp
Pepper powder - 1 Tsp
Salt to taste

Method:


Mash tomatoes with 1/2 litre water and keep aside.Heat wok with oil.Add dry red chillies and garlics for 2 minutes then add turmeric powder,coriander leaves,jeera powder,pepper powder and stir in already mashed tomato water and cook for 10 mints.Then add tomato sauce and salt.finally squeeze lemon juice and wait for a minute and remove from fire and serve with rice.
