Mixed vegetable Pickle

Ingredients:

Chopped cabbage - 2 cups
Chopped Cauliflower - 1 cup
Chopped Tindora - 1 cup
Chopped Tomato - 1 cup
Chopped Raw papaya - 1 cup
Grated carrot - 1 cup
Chilli powder - 1 cup
Salt - 1 cup
Turmeric powder - 1 Tbsp
Crushed Garlic - 1 Tbsp
Oil - 4 Tbsp
Tamarind Pulp - 1 cup
Mustard & Cummin Powder - 2 Tbsp (Roasted and grinded)

For Tempering:

Oil - 1 cup
Urad dhal - 1 Tbsp
Besan dhal - 2 Tbsp
Meethi seeds - 1 Tbsp
Curry leaves - 1 Tbsp
Mustard - 1 Tbsp
Chilli powder - 1 cup

Method:

Take a steel bowl then add cabbage,cauliflower,carrot,papaya,tomato,tindora,salt,chilli powder,turmeric,garlic,mustard and cummin powder,oil and tamarind pulp mix well.

Now heat a pan with oil and temper mustard,besan dhal,urad dhal,meethi seeds,chilli powder and curry leaves.now add this to the mixed vegetable.Tasty vegetable pickle is ready to taste.
