Dry Fruit Lassi

Ingredients:
Thick Fresh Curd - 1 cup
Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
Coconut milk - 1 tbsp
crushed Almonds - 4
Raisins - 1 tbsp
Sugar to taste
Ice Cubes - 3
Honey - 1 tsp
Almond Slivers - 1 tsp

Method:
Soak Raisins for 15 minutes.Combine all the ingredients.Blend in a mixer grinder for a minute.Pour in tall serving glass.Garnish with honey and sprinkle almond slivers on top.Serve chilled.
