Dry fruits soup

Ingredients:

Oil - 2 tsp
Sliced Onion - 2 tsp
Chopped carrot - 2 tsp
Dates - 1/4 cup
Cashews - 3 tbsp
Raisins - 3 tbsp
Peanuts - 3 tbsp
Almonds - 3 tbsp
white vinegar - 1 tsp
white pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Soya sauce - 1 tsp
water - 1 cup
Corn flour - 1 tsp

Method:

Heat a pan and add oil and saute sliced onions slightly.stir in carrot,dates,cashews,raisins,peanuts,almonds and stir in little water.sprinkle salt and a pinch of sugar.then add vinegar,white pepper powder,soya sauce and a cup of water .mix corn flour with little water and stir in to the soup.Tasty soup is ready to slurp up...
