Pasta Pakora

Pasta - 1 cup
Onions - 2
Gram flour / Besan - 1/2 cup
Rice Flour - 2 tsp
Green chillies - 3
Ginger Garlic paste - 1/4 tsp
Coriander leaves handful
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying


Boil the pasta in water until done, drain in a colander. Keep it aside.In a bowl, take finely chopped onions, green chillies,ginger garlic paste, salt,coriander leaves and mix well. Then add the pastas and mix well.
then add besan flour and rice flour and combine everything well.Heat a wok with oil and drop in the pasta mix and fry till golden brown.serve with ketchup or coconut chutney.
