Cornflakes Aloo fingers

Potatoes - 2
Maida - 3 tbsp
Cornflour - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Pepper - 1/4 tsp
Oil for deep fry
Corn flakes - 1/4 cup


Crush corn flakes into course powder and keep aside.chop potatoes into fingers and mix salt and pepper and keep aside. Mix maida,corn flour salt and water and make a loose batter.Now dip potatoes in batter and roll in the corn flakes.Then heat oil in a wok and deep fry these fingers.Serve this crispy fingers with tomato Ketch up...
