Cut pineapple into halves.now scoop out the pulp in the middle portion carefully to replace it back.
then apply brown sugar inside the fruit.and maple syrup on other side.place back the pulp and apply sugar n syrup again on top.grill it on griller.give a dash of maple syrup while grillinh.serve with vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup...Enjoy.
