Aloo Crunchies

Ingredients:-
Potatoes - 3
Ghee - 3 tsp
Maida - 3 tbsp
salt to taste
Sodium bi carbonate - a pinch
oil for deep fry

Method:-
Take boiled potatoes and mash them.add Maida,Ghee,salt,cooking soda,salt and mix well.keep this mixture aside for one hour.then roll like a roti and cut into squares and deep fry.Serve hot with tomato sauce.
