Masala papad


Today i wanna eat something spicy and crunchy
but i have no patience to cook...so i  decided to prepare this...It tastes good and crunchy.if you like to have a tangy touch then you can squeeze lime juice on top....

Ingredients :

Big Papad / Appalam - 2
Onion - 1 (Finely chopped)
Tomato - 1 (Finely chopped)
Capsicum 1/2 (Finely chopped) (Optional)
Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp (Finely chopped)
Chilli powder -  1/2 tsp
Chat masala - 1/2 tsp
Sev - 2 Tsp
Salt to taste
Oil for deep fry

Method :

Deep fry Papad in oil.Spread chopped onion,tomato,coriander leaves and sev on the papad.
Season with salt,chili powder and chat masala and taste.
