Kabuli Channa chaat


Kabuli channa - 1 cup
Onion - 1/4 (finely chopped)
Raw Mango grated - 1/4 Cup
Green chillies - 1 (finely chopped)
Coriander -  2 Tbsp (finely chopped)
Black Salt - 1 pinch
Lemon Juice to taste
Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Salt to taste


Soak the channa overnight. Drain & pressure cook with salt.then remove from cooker and drain water and let it dry for while.then Combine the onions, mango, cilantro, pepper, salt, chilli powder & lemon juice with the channa and shake well.Then serve...
