pottukadalai chutney

Ingredients:
Pottukadalai/Roasted Gram  - 1 cup
Grated coconut - 3 tbsp
Chopped Ginger - 1/2 tsp
Green chillies - 2
Salt to taste
Mustard - 1 tsp
Curry leaves - 1 sprig
Oil - 1 Tbsp

Method:-
Grind Pottukadalai,coconut, Ginger,Green chillies and salt into fine paste.then dilute with enough water.now temper mustard and curry leaves in oil and add to the gram paste and serve with Idlis or dosa....
