Badam kheer


Custard powder - 1 cup
milk -1 litre
sugar - 1/4 cup
cashew - 1/2 cup
badam paste :1/4 cup
Elachi powder for garnishing

boil milk in a bowl then add sugar,badam paste and custard powder in it.stir firmly
then add cashew and remove from flame...
garnish with elachi powder and serve chill with ice
