Aloo 65

Ingredients:-
Potatoes - 1 cup
Green chillies - 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves
Corn flour- 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Green Chilli paste - 1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
salt to taste
Oil for deep fry
Method:-
Take a pan of water and boil peeled potato pieces with a salt in it.cook for 2 mins.
when its cooked.strain aloo and add little salt,corn flour,ginger garlic paste,green chilli paste,food colour and mix well.heat oil and deep fry.heat oil in a pan,add some green chillies and curry leaves and fried aloo and saute well till it turns crispy.

Mughalai fish

Ingredients:
Pomfret fish - 2
lime juice - 3 tsp
ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
coriander Paste - 1 tsp
pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Dilbhahar masala - 1 tsp
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Method:
Clean pomfret fish with salt and lime juice.then add salt,lime juice, ginger garlic paste,
coriander paste,pepper,dilbhahar masala, and chilli powder apply all this ingredients on fish.Let it marinate in fridge for 10 minutes.heat oil on a griddle and shallow fry the fish and serve hot.

Anchovies fish fry

Dry anchovies fish are really a very tasty and crispy little fishes in size.It is calles a nethili meen in tamil and methadulu in telugu.
My family love this kinda fish,especially my niece and nephew love to munch the fish before serving the rice.The fried fish could be stored for a week in a air tight container.
so that we can serve it whenever we need.

Ingredients :

Dry Anchovies fish - 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste - 1/4 tsp
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
Corn flour - 1/2 tsp
Lemon - 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves - for frying
Oil for deep fry

Method :

Fry curry leaves in oil and keep aside.Mix all the ingredients together and keep aside to marinate for an hour.
Fry in medium flame and garnish with fried curry leaves and serve hot.

Papad Crackers



Ingrediants:

Kerala Papads - 25
Raw rice - 125 grams
Besan flour - 25 grams
Til - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil for deep fry

Method:

Sun dry papads and keep aside.Soak rice for 2 hours and grind with all the ingredients except til.
Grind into a dosa batter consistency.stir in til and mix well.then Dip papads in the batter and deep fry in oil.Crispy papads are ready to munch.

Soya 65

Ingredients:

Soya chunks - 1 cup
Oil - 1 cup
curry leaves - 1 sprig
chilli powder - 1 tsp
pepper powder - 1 tsp
corn flour - 3 tsp
Lime juice - 3 tsp
salt to taste

Method:

Soak soya chunks in water for 2 hours and drain out the water.now add curry leaves,chilli powder,salt,pepper powder,corn flour and lime juice and mix well.Heat oil in a wok and deep fry.
transfer it in a kitchen towel to remove excess oil and serve hot with any sauce.
