Ingredients :
Maida - ½ cup
Sooji – ¼ cup
Atta – ¼ cup
Butter milk – ½ cup
Paneer – ½ cup
Coriander leaves ¼ cup
Baking soda ¼ tsp
Onion – 1
Green chilli – 1
Cloves & garlic - 2
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Oil - 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method:
In a bowl sift maida,atta and sooji,baking soda and salt together. Mix 2 tbsp ghee.make a soft dough using butter milk. In a bowl crumble paneer,finely chopped onions,green chillies,coriander leaves,salt and garlic.make small balls of the dough and fill the filling and roll out small naans.
Heat the iron tava (upside down)cook the naan on slow fire till both sides are done.serve with veg or non-veg curry.
