Ingredients:
Carrot - 1
Wheat flour - 1 cup
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Salt - for taste
Method:
Grate the carrot and keep it aside. Now take the wheat flour in a bowl and add garam masala, salt and the grated carrot together and mix it dry. This will help to blend the ingredients equally all over. Now add water little by little and make the chapathi dough. Roll out the chapathi's and shallow fry. Carrot chapathi's are ready to eat.
Serve it hot with any of your favourite sabji
