Ingredients:
Raw Mango - 1
Mustard seeds - 1 Tsp
Dry Red Chillies - 2
Turmeric powder - 1 Tsp
Salt to taste
Curry leaves - 1 stem
Oil for Tempering
Method:
Peel the outer skin of mango and Grind mango,Red Chillies and salt in a mixie coarsely.then heat oil in a pan adding mustard,curry leaves,turmeric and saute well.then add mango pulp and remove from fire and serve with Roti / Rice.
