Bread Rolls


Bread - 4
Chopped onion - 2
Boiled Potato - 2
Grated carrot - 2
jeera /cummin seeds - 1Tsp
curry leaves -1 Tbsp
Red chilli powder - 1 Tbsp
Garam Masala - 1 Tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil for deep fry


Boil potatos and peel the skin and mash it and keep aside.
Heat oil in a Saucepan add cummin seeds,curry leaves,then add little water then add smashed potato,grated carrot chilli powder,salt and garam masala and close the lid and leave it to cook for 3 minutes and remove from stove.

now take a bread loaf and dip in water.Take out the water from bread by squeezing it between palms.now stuff the vegetable mixture into the bread and deep fry.crispy Bread rolls are ready to eat.Serve with Tomato Ketchup...
