chocolate ice cream

Milk - 1/2 ltr
Custard Powder - 2 tsp
Sugar - 500 grms
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
Coco Powder - 2 tbsp


Mix custard powder, sugar along with 4 tbsp milk without forming lumps.
Boil rest of the milk along the custard powder mix by stirring continuously.
Remove from flame and mix with vanilla essence and coco powder.
Freeze it immediately.chocolate ice cream ready
