Gajra biscuit


Ingredients:

wheat flour - 1 cup
poppy seeds - 1/2 cup
jaggery - 1 cup
dalda for deep fry


method:


heat water and add jaggery.when it desolves completely remove from heat and stain the dirt,now add wheat flour,poppy seeds and mix well.grease a plate and spread this mixture into it.and cut in to small pieces in desired shape.
Now heat dalda in a another pan and deep fry this pieces.
crunchy snack is ready to serve with tea...

madam biscuit is ok, one doubt, can we use ghee instead of dalda, it will have more taste, if i give the notes to my mom also she will ask the same so tell me alternate can be used....

Yes Arun you can use Ghee...It taste better.even i like it with Ghee
