Harera milkshake


Milk - 1 cup
Sugar - 4 Table spoon
Poppy seeds - 1 cup
Cashews - 10 Grms


Heat milk and add sugar.soak poppy seeds for 1/2 hr and grind in mixie to take milk.
stain the pulp and take the milk from poppy add this Poppy milk to boiling milk then add chopped cashews & refridgerate and serve cold...

Note:you can serve this hot also according to your taste.
