Mango Kheer / Mango Pudding

coconut milk - 1 14 can
Rice - 1/4 cup
mango pulp - 1/4 cup
salt - Pinch
sugar - 2 tbsp
cardamom - 2 pods
Chopped walnuts for garnishing

Boil the coconut milk, rice, salt, sugar and cardamom in a sauce pan. Reduce the heat and simmer for few more minutes stirring continuously till the rice is cooked.
Remove from heat and let it cool.then mix the mango pulp and garnish with chopped nuts And Serve.
