Mango soup

Raw mango pulp - 1 cup
Grated Raw Mango - 1/4 cup
Water - 2 Cups
Corn flour - 3 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 Tsp
Cummin seeds powder - 1 Tsp
Cummin seeds - 1 Tsp
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
yogurt - 1 cup
pinch of ground asafetida
mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Red chilly flakes - 1 tsp
oil - 1 Tbsp
Salt to taste
coriander leaves - 2 tbsp

Mix corn flour, turmeric & cumin powder in a bowl. Then add slowly, little water and mix without lumps left. Add yogurt, mixing it in with a whisk. Pour in the mango pulp and 2 cups of water. Add the salt. Mix well.

Heat the oil in a pan and temper it with asafetida first and then add the mustard seeds, the cumin seeds,pepper powder and the chilly flakes. Take the pan off the heat.

Stir the mango mixture and pour it into the pan.Put the pan over low heat for few minutes and stir with a spatula till it cooks.then add grated mango and coriander leaves and serve hot.Its a yummy soup on a cloudy evening...
