Mutter Rice / Green peas rice

Ingredients:

Rice - 1 cup
Green Peas - 2 cup
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tspn
Urad dal - 1/2 tspn
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tspn
Chana dal - 1 ½ tspn
Cashew nuts - 15
Red chilies - 2
Green Chilies - 2
Curry leaves - 1 stem
Coriander leaves - little
Salt - to taste
Oil - 3 to 4 tspns

Method:

Boil Green peas with little salt and keep aside.Heat Oil in a pan.Add Mustard seeds, Urad dal and Cumin seeds.Once it starts spluttering add Chana dal,Cashew nuts and fry for a minute.Add Red Chilies, Green Chilies, Curry leaves and fry till the dals turns into golden brown.Add Peas,Salt and fry.Add the Cooked rice and mix well. Remove from heat and garnish with Coriander leaves.
