Sooji / rava appam:

Ingredients:

Bombay rava:1 cup
Red chilli powder:1 TableSpoon
Jeera:2 Pinch
sesame seeds:1Teaspoon
salt: to taste
Oil: for frying


Method:

Mix rava,chilli powder,jeera,sesame seeds & salt with water.
leave it to ferment for 2 hrs...
then roll out into small circles and deep fry.
Spicy spicy Appam ready to Taste


Note:
we can store it for 4 - 5 days.
