Ingredients:Bananas - 3
Jaggery - 3 Tablespoon
Elachi Powder - 1/2 spoon
Maida / All purpose flour - 1 cup
Icing sugar - 2 Tablespoon (Optional for sweet tooth)
oil for deep fry
Method:Mash bananas thoroughly with jaggery,Elachi and keep aside.
in another bowl mix maida with water and salt to make a fine dough.
Roll this dough into small roti's and stuff the banana mixture into it and roll it out and stick the edges carefully.
Now heat oil in a Kadai and deep Fry these Rolls in oil.
dust Icing sugar on them and serve hot.
