Ingredients:left over rice:1 cup
jeera:1/2 Teaspoon
salt: to taste
white pepper powder:1/2 Teaspoon
Polythene cover(milk cover):1
oil:for deep fry
Preparation:Grind rice in a mixer and add jeera,salt & white pepper.
now take this dough in a polythene cover and squeeze it on a plate and leave it to dry under the sun for 1 day.
when its dry.deep fry in oil & serve with curd rice or as snack...
