Cabbage Rice

Ingredients: Basmati Rice - 1 Cup Cabbage - 1 Cup Onion - 1 Cinnamon - 1 Cardamom - 2 Cloves - 2 Fennel Seeds - 1 Tsp Green Chilies - 3 Cashew nut - little Salt to taste Coriander Leaves - little Oil for frying Method: Add oil to kadai and add cinnamon, cardamom, cloves,chopped green chillies and fennel seeds.Add chopped onion and saute.then add cabbage and fry then add salt and cooked rice.Garnish with fried cashew nuts and coriander leaves and serve.
