Coconut Pulav


Ingredients:

Rice - 1 cup
Grated coconut - 1/2 cup
Coconut milk - 2 cups
Water - 1 cup
Bay leaf - 1
Green chillies - 2
Curry leaves - few
Urad dal - 1 tsp
Cloves 2
Cinnamon - 1 Piece
Elachi - 3 Pods
Salt to taste
Oil - 3 tbsp
Cashew nuts - 3 Tbsp

Method:

Heat oil in a cooker,add cashew nuts and fry,then add cloves,cinnamon,Bay leaf,Elachi and urad dal.saute for awhile then add the curry leaves and green chillies.Fry again then add grated coconut,coconut milk,water and rice.close the cooker with lid and leave it till 3 whistles.
Then Garnish with Cashews and serve...
