Egg Salad


Eggs - 3
Boiled Potatoes -1
Capsicum - 1/2
Onion - 1/2
Tomato - 1/2
lemon juice - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Finely Chopped coriander leaves


Boil and Cut eggs into halves.Take out the yolk and mash with boiled potatoes,salt, pepper, lemon juice and chopped coriander.Fill eggs whites with the mixture.Serve this salad garnishing with onion rings,tomato slices,chopped capsicum & coriander.
