Matri


Ingredients:


Maida - 2 cups
Curry leaves - handful
Ghee - 3 Tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
water
Oil for frying

Method:

Mix all the above ingredients using to form a stiff dough.Roll them out into chapatis of thickness 1/4 inch. Cut them into small circles.Then fry them in hot oil in low flame else the matri's will become hard.

Drain on absorbent paper and store in air tight container.
