Onion Rice


Ingredients:

Chopped Onions - 1 cup
Sliced onion - 1
Boiled Rice - 1 Cup
Oil - 1 Tbsp
Dry Red Chillies - 1
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Urad dhal - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Curry leaves - 1 tsp
Spring onions - 2 tbsp

Method :


Fry onion rings and keep aside.Heat the oil in a pan splutter Mustard seeds,urad dhal,red chillies,curry leaves and onions till golden brown.then add pepper powder,salt and finally add rice and Garnish with fried onion rings and chopped Spring onions.then serve hot.
